The new suspension conceived and designed by Giorgio Biscaro
A new suspension lamp created by Ferroluce, conceived and designed by the eclectic and creative mind of Giorgio Biscaro, art director at the Italian Friuli company.
Thanks to his strong talent in intercepting the latest design trends, Giorgio Biscaro created for Ferroluce – precisely for the Decó collection – a new lamp with an all-oriental flavour: the new Yakitori. That is the name of the latest lighting solution inspired by the classic chicken skewer, a typical dish of Japanese cuisine where pieces of meat flavoured with mirin, sake, soy sauce, are skewered and placed on a wooden stick, ready to be enjoyed.
And so, as for the Japanese skewer, the three lamps that make up the suspension are also “skewered” by a bar that keeps them aligned, creating a colourful composition with a festive and joyful mood that only a local street food stall can create!
