Thanks to its privileged location, facing the sea with a breathtaking view that embraces the entire bay, the View Hotel is the perfect hub to visit the stunning beaches that dot the most famous seaside resorts in the area.
An exclusive and recently renovated structure spread over three floors, having 33 high-level Suites & Rooms, elegant and airy spaces, luxury furnishings privileging the natural essence of wood, fine headboards with fluted finishes evoking the gentle cradle of the sea on the shoreline. In addition to the spa, the outdoor swimming pool, the bathing establishment and the “fine dining” restaurant, able to involve all the senses, the rooftop overlooking the sea, hence the name “View Place”, could not be missing. Born from a redevelopment project of a historic hotel, View Place is the first 5-star hotel in the province of Ancona (Italy) that combines comfort, luxury and technology.
And it is precisely Vimar technology that makes the difference, in detail that of the Well-contact Plus hotel management system, developed on KNX standards, capable of offering smart hospitality and a stay in the name of well-being. Each accommodation facility has its own precise identity for electrical and electronic devices; at the View Place Hotel, Well-Contact Plus is aesthetically coordinated with the Linea and Eikon wiring accessories series with Tactil controls to dress energy in the name of design.
Check-in and check-out, presence status signalling, technical or emergency alarms indicating any faults in electrical devices and requests for intervention by the customer, status of lights and temperature: everything can be programmed and supervised from a single point, the reception. Smart technology that simplifies the work of the staff and allows guests to enjoy their stay comfortably. Through Well-contact Plus, once the card is in the transponder card readers, the lights are activated, the temperature rises to the desired level, and the presence of the guest is promptly reported to the reception: an authentic control room, also able to manage access control to the parking barrier, with the internal video intercom station installed on a table base and external plate of the Elvox Video Door Phone system.
For the internal pockets, thermostats and devices dedicated to temperature and lighting control have been chosen the essential shapes of Linea. For the outdoor card readers the exclusive ones of Eikon in the Tactil version. The smooth pure crystal surface has a backlit LED symbolism that warns the staff if the customer does not want to be disturbed or, on the contrary, if he requires intervention to tidy up the room. Eikon Tactil card readers impress with their brightness thanks to their crystal surface.
In addition, to network the entire hotel, Netsafe was chosen, the structured cabling system proposed by Vimar to communicate, transfer, and share data, images and videos through cables and network sockets that ensure stable connections over time and high performance.
