The lamp that shines like a diamond, also available in two rechargeable and portable versions
Inspired by Francesco Lucchese’s Tiara vase, VENINI extends its Artlight collection with the bright reflections of the TIARA LUCE lamp. Magic and excellence, design and craftsmanship are enriched with a brand new design reinterpretation, creating an object that encapsulates the preciousness of a royal jewel. Its three-dimensional texture, echoing the facets of a diamond, is obtained by drawing on the age-old knowledge handed down by generations of Venini glassmakers.
Using the ancient “balloton” technique, blown glass is inserted into a mesh mould that imprints the typical criss-cross pattern on the hot surface. With TIARA LUCE, the feeling of movement is augmented by the encounter with the light source, making the lamp appear ablaze with a thousand reflections. Offered either in Amber and golden metal for the base, Grape and smoky metal, or Taupe and bronze-finished metal, the lamp comes in a large 48 cm version, but also in two 35 cm and 28 cm variants that conceal an innovative lighting solution: fitted with a rechargeable battery, the lamp can be moved around to different living environments to add a touch of radiance that is ever-changing.
A symbol of VENINI’s art, this furnishing element epitomises the outstanding craftsmanship and know-how of Murano’s master glassmakers.
