The initiative, until now presented in volumes available online, evolves into a new formula with more immediate and usable content. Tech ‘n go thus becomes a thematic event that, to begin with, will be divided into four macro topics: new skills for digital factories and automation skills; path towards Sustainability with the support of IT/OT automation technologies; Cybersecurity and Data Protection in the Industrial Context; AI, Big Data and the impact on business models. An educational and dissemination project that in recent years has created collaborations with associations, university professors and reference communities, united by the desire to promote change and bridge the gender gap. The initiative, which started by addressing the SPS Italia network by telling stories, interviews, experiences and knowledge of women in the world of technologies for industry, has expanded over the years with networking meetings between professionals in the offices of companies that promote the same values, capable of inspiring the new generations and rethinking the future with respect to gender diversity. Working tables and meetings will also be organized during the fair in Parma, with the participation of associations, groups and entrepreneurs.
