Aile wall lamp by Luca Nichetto features a simple design with a dynamic shape. Aile’s compact size, sleek design, powerful light output and heat absorption offer a complete lighting solution even for more intimate settings. The piece was initially developed starting from the light source, two LED modules (9W each) around which the wall lamp was built. The white light, available in warm or cold colour temperature (2700k or 3000k) is directed upwards to the wall and is then captured by the spoiler which glows and diffuses it downwards, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The die-cast aluminium body has the dual function of emphasising the diffusion of light and absorbing the heat generated by the LED modules. Available in matte black and matte white, two understated colours matching every décor, Aile is available also in a sophisticated champagne finish and in deep lacquer red, reminiscing of the temper and speed of the Italian luxury fast cars.
Already established as Studio Italia Design, the company completed a rebranding process in June 2020 as part of a strategic vision led by General Manager Massimiliano Tosetto. “The launch of JIM, Cima and Aile testifies once again our commitment to forging valuable collaborations with national and international designers, while expanding our portfolio of high quality products. With the launch of these three new products, we aim to create contemporary lighting solutions that are versatile, functional and aesthetically engaging”.
