Queen is available in two sizes, high and medium, with mesh or upholstery options, and its remarkable versatility allows for complete customisation of the working space. Four variants are available: first, a traditional system featuring a metal Up-Down bar and a plastic cover for backrest height adjustment, compatible with all mechanisms on the market to ensure very high distribution potential. As a second configuration, Queen offers permanent contact with a plate attached to the backrest, allowing backrest adjustment for optimal comfort. There is also a version with an innovative Up-down backbar made entirely of Nylon, available in two variants: one for the upholstered model and one for the mesh model, both EN 1335 certified.
Finally, to complete the range, an entry-level model designed for the medium mesh variant has been developed, compatible with the asynchronous mechanism with 2-3 levers. Queen offers a multitude of interesting adaptable options, further enhanced by the ability to use the Queen backrests with headrests from the Ivars collection. The mesh backrests can also be combined with the practical Unique jacket holder. Finally, a dedicated lumbar support is available as an option: it is adjustable in depth for the mesh version, and in height for the upholstery version.

The 4-legs version – 700 mm diameter – is available in classic aluminium or nylon finishes, representing a new trend that is quickly gaining market attention, particularly in contract and soft seating environments. In addition to the traditional version, a 4-star pyramidal version in aluminium has been introduced, available in a single height. It is designed for the contract market and it is compatible with both feet and castors, making it ideal for multi-purpose offices.
The second Qatar version – 5-legs – is specifically designed for offices and is another important addition to the IVARS catalogue. Its 720 mm diameter ensures seating stability even within the strictest regulatory requirements. It comes in both nylon and aluminium, with sleek and slender legs that add style to any workplace. The QATAR 5-legs and pyramidal versions are EN 16139 and ANSI/BIFMA certified due to their solidity and robustness. Ivars’ offer for 2024 is completed with the Mini model, a simple and versatile home office chair designed for the mass market.
