“USHIO Care222®” at the Fuori Salone during the Milano design week
USHIO, in Media Partnership with our Italian Lighting and Compolux magazines, presented the new USHIO Care222® technology, capable of successfully blocking the most harmful spectrum of light. The event was held at the Spazio Ventura under the aegis of Studio Micheli, owner at the Fuori Salone. The meeting was moderated by Dr Ennio Tasciotti, Founder and Director of the Human Longevity Program of IRCCS San Raffaele and Biotechnology Professor at the University of San Raffaele.
The large-scale adoption of UV-C rays as an environmentally friendly, chemical-free and highly effective method of disinfection and sanitization against harmful micro- organisms is and will remain a standard. Evidence that light frequencies have the ability to inhibit microorganisms has already been reported in many studies but have focused on ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths, which are known to induce potential harm in humans.
