Alberto Piona‘s laboratory was founded in Milan in 2019 and focuses on the production of handcrafted lamps for interiors, taking care of every stage of production: from the idea to the design, from the choice of materials to the creation of the finished product. Each piece is made in compliance with the highest quality standards using one of the most beautiful raw materials that Nature has given us, wood, with the aim of enhancing it and giving it a new shape.

The production of these lamps requires intense manual work as they are real furnishing accessories; when the product is off, it enhances the beauty of the material, enriching the surrounding environment with style and elegance. The collection uses different essences such as maple, ash, kaya mahogany, which convey uniqueness enhanced by beeswax and carnauba wax finishes to ensure a long life.

All products are equipped with high energy saving LEDs in order to have a low impact of costs on the bill. The next collections will focus on the transportability of the product with the introduction of battery-powered lamps, ideal products for table center lighting and which can be positioned without the limitation of wiring. The style and elegance will remain unchanged and will resume that of the current collections.

The future for the laboratory will be fundamentally focused on strengthening the brand, growing production and maintaining the high quality of the products.
