Concreta, an interior contractor specializing in the design and creation of interiors for hospitality spaces, completed the rooms, suites, and common areas of the Adaastra Boutique Hotel in the picturesque Swiss valleys of Naters. This mountain location is renowned for its ski slopes in winter and its enchanting green landscapes in summer. Concreta has created environments that combine comfort, elegance, and functionality, with the cozy charm typical of alpine settings. This boutique hotel stands out for its surprising variety of styles and elements, defining its unique and particular character, making it the ideal location for corporate or private events. The magnificent surrounding landscape inspires Concreta’s design philosophy, harmoniously integrating elements of animal and plant life into the structure. This connection to nature is noticeable in the careful selection of materials and color tones, reflecting the beauty and serenity of the outdoors.
The hotel’s 27 rooms, including three suites, are spread over three floors and perfectly embody the nature-inspired design concept. They feature minimalist furnishings using materials like fir wood, metal, and glass. The interiors are harmoniously combined with soft colors ranging from brown to gray, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. Standard rooms measure approximately 16-18 square meters, offering comfortable and well-organized spaces, while the more spacious suites reach up to 24 square meters, ensuring greater comfort and luxury. Special attention has been given to the bathroom area, which occupies about 5 square meters, providing a wellness and relaxation experience through the use of high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail.
Concreta also handled the interiors of the hotel’s common areas, including the restaurant, breakfast room, entrance hall and reception, and the lounge bar with its fireplace area.
Another significant material is charred fir wood, symbolically chosen to commemorate the fire that preceded the hotel’s renovation, creating a link between the structure’s past and present. This connection is highlighted in the hotel’s redesign, which retains characteristic elements like the dark ceiling, now enriched with new golden circular details and an elegant central chandelier.
