The last 30th of November Entity Elettronica has officially acquired part of the property of Alvit Srl, company of Biassono (MB), active for more than 30 years. This operation has been finalized in partnership with Electroservice Srl, company based in Padova, active for more 40 years, which is focused on the distribution of lighting components and control systems.
Alvit focused in the design and production of LED power supplies, control systems and emergency lighting solutions, will continue operating as an independent reality but the combination between the two companies promises to be interesting for the co-engineering perspective and development of Made in Italy solutions. Thanks to this commercial operation all the companies are confident to acquire new strength, relying on the expansion of their commercial offer.
