Techno announces new leadership: Luca Galli appointed CEO

2 December 2024

Techno, a leader in the field of highly specialised electrical connections, has initiated a corporate reorganisation plan that includes the adoption of new governance and a new organisational structure. This plan aims to promote growth in new sectors: the specialisation and sustainability of supply, and the strengthening of the company’s international dimension.

Under this new structure, former Sales Manager Luca Galli was appointed CEO, succeeding founder Sandro Galli, who takes over as President.

“Techno has decided to adopt an organisational model that will allow it to create increasing value in the medium and long term. This choice is in line with the path of growth and innovation that the company has undertaken since its foundation. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, we intend to introduce solutions and values that have characterised our brand since its inception” – explains Luca Galli, new CEO of Techno –

“We will act with speed and flexibility to seize the opportunities that the markets offer, leveraging existing and new skills along with streamlined and integrated processes. With this in mind, new roles and responsibilities will be communicated in the coming months. We are going to embark on a challenging and exciting path, which will allow us to achieve the goals we have set in preparation for the future.”

Founded in 1986 and now in its second generation under the control of the Galli family, Techno specialises in the design and production of high-protection connection systems for harsh environments. Operating in 80 countries worldwide, Techno offers integrated development services for electromechanical and mechatronic solutions, from the design stage through to development, production and product approval. Techno has recently introduced innovative Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing services for its production stage.

In 1992, Techno was among the first companies in Italy to achieve ISO9001 certification in the plastic moulding sector. The company is ISO14001 and ISO45001 certified and is listed as a 100% Made in Italy manufacturer.
