With a compact and minimalist design, the new Pivot B outdoor bollard comes in all its beauty on pegs in three different heights, respectively 500 mm, 800 mm and 1100 mm, and which integrate, at one’s choice, one or two lighting fixtures. That is just one of the main innovations of the lighting solution launched on the market by L&L Luce&Light, which expands the family of Pivot projectors suitable for enhancing architectural details and natural contexts.
From the punctual lighting of flowerbeds and hedges to the illumination of paths surrounded by greenery, Pivot B guarantees maximum flexibility in landscape applications and maximum integration into vegetation. The elegant stems hide the power cables of the luminaires and the IPS (Intelligent Protection System) protection system that protects the lighting fixtures from water infiltration that can occur in the event of junction errors between the cables for outdoor and diving applications. This innovation patented by L&L Luce&Light also guarantees electrical protection from polarity reversal, hotplug, ESD and overvoltage that can occur in the event of malfunctions of the electrical systems. The final aesthetic impact is minimal and ensures maximum reliability for outdoor applications.
Pivot B is also the ideal solution for architectural lighting such as façade details, statues and frescoes, thanks to a wide range of optics, which also includes elliptical emissions and the very narrow 8° (Pivot 1.9), and the versions with a high colour rendering index CRI >90. The Pivot 2.9 and 3.9 versions also have 360° adjustable elliptical optics and manual optical zoom, which can be adjusted from the outside using a magnet supplied. The pivot at the base of the luminaire allows for flexible aiming with a 90° upward and 30°/23° downward tilt and rotates each light point 360°.
In reply to the architects’ requirements, Pivot B also offers anti-glare accessories, honeycomb and scope, standard or asymmetrical. The mineral green finish, designed for use in landscape- lighting and design, joins the other outdoor finishes, white, anthracite or corten and the possibility of requesting customized RAL finishes.
