Alba, after a spring full of changes with the corporate rebranding and the launch of its new website, continues its evolution path by presenting its new general catalog, made available in September 2024. This document is a key tool for discovering all the collections of the Veneto-based brand, including the collections presented at Interzum 2023 and the launches of previous years (2021 and 2022), as well as the new 2024 proposals.
The catalog, which can be freely viewed and downloaded digitally on the company’s website (alba.it), is one of the company’s first documents to adopt Alba’s new visual identity, combining the previous “Advanced” and “Originally” catalogs into a single, practical tool. The general catalog presents a detailed overview of all available furniture solutions, organized through intuitive assembly kit logic for easy reference. In addition to offering a summary of the main features of each product, the catalog includes a comprehensive technical section designed to meet a wide variety of information needs. The most recent collections in the new catalog highlight how Alba is consolidating its identity as a manufacturer, developing and offering distinctive and recognizable products.
These collections, starting in 2021, include 91GM, a leg designed for benches intended for waiting rooms, and the modular Stelo coat stand. In 2022, Alba introduced the Unyo modular seating system and the Modula modular shelving system. 2023 saw the debut of the Genesi seating collection, designed for office and coworking environments, and the Lemon line for outdoor use. Other new additions for 2023 include Gemma, a minimalist design seat for contract and domestic settings, and Xylo, a versatile beech or oak wood seat with a variety of metal bases. Rounding out the 2023 offerings is the new Duo leg for the Tipper tilt-top tables.
The catalog also includes the 2024 proposals: the Riace, Jota, Maui and Meti collections. Jota, conceived by designer Marialaura Irvine, is a compact seat ideal for contract and domestic sectors, available in different finishes and colors, made with shells in technopolymer or Bio-lolla, a recycled material made from rice husk. Riace, developed by Alba’s R&D department, is a collection of center column tables perfect for Ho.Re.Ca. and residential environments, thanks to its wide variety of sizes and finishes. Maui, designed by studioPANG, is a family of upholstered chairs available in three shell variants, suitable for contract and residential spaces, and easily matched with the practical coffee table developed specifically for the collection. Finally, Meti, created by designer Carlo Tamborini, is an elegant armchair with or without arms, characterized by a wraparound backrest.
The 2024 collections will be featured at Interzum (Cologne, May 20-23, 2025), one of the most important trade fairs for the furniture and interior design industry. For Alba, this biennial event is an opportunity to meet and engage with customers and the public, as well as a chance to showcase its products live. In anticipation of Interzum, the company continues on its path of innovation and creativity, with regular updates available on its website and official LinkedIn page.
