Fael LUCE welcomed the President of Sport e Salute S.p.A. Marco Mezzaroma
Luciano and Morena Parravicini – the second generation of Fael LUCE – opened the company doors in Agrate Brianza (Italy) to Dr Marco Mezzaroma, President of Sport and Salute S.p.A., the State company dealing with Sport development in Italy. This meeting marks a moment of great importance for Fael LUCE, which had the privilege of showing the State society where and how LIGHT is born. The guests, welcomed by the whole company and local authorities – including the Mayor of Agrate Brianza Simone Sironi – had the opportunity to explore the production area. The visit also included a tour of the technical department, the R&D department, and the innovative painting plant. During the visit, the guests witnessed the start of the NEXT series projectors for the lighting of indoor and outdoor sports environments, provided in the lighting calculation of the Illumina Caivano project.
“The whole Fael LUCE team and I are honoured to have shared our passion and daily commitment to innovation in the lighting sector with the delegation from Rome. The meeting was an important opportunity to highlight the crucial role of Italian manufacturing in the international industrial scenario. That is also a starting point for the significant collaboration with Sport e Salute S.p.A., in which we will be partnering in the virtuous Illumina Caivano project involving structural redevelopment and more of the former Delphinia sports centre. The Government has entrusted Sport e Salute S.p.A. with the task of giving “light” to the facility after the events of August 2023. So, we could only be the light at their side to illuminate the future“, said Luciano Parravicini, President of Fael LUCE.
“Fael Luce has significantly and spontaneously contributed to the redevelopment process of the Caivano sports facility. It helped to restore the light by becoming part of the “Illumina” project. Fael Luce excels in the lighting field – especially in sports facilities – and makes Made in Italy one of its strengths. Sport e Salute is grateful and proud to have walked the path to Caivano alongside Fael Luce”, said Marco Mezzaroma, Chairman of Sport e Salute S.p.A., at the end of the meeting.
The visit ended with the symbolic signing of the soccer ball, an emblem of sport as a vehicle for the values of determination and desire to achieve increasingly ambitious goals, giving light and hope to future generations.
