The evolution of smart homes to discover new living scenarios

1 June 2023

In the space animated this year by the “TERRA. Inspired by Earth” exhibition concept curated by Studio Pepe, at Archiproducts Milano – Via Tortona 31, BTicino presented the evolution of the smart home. A contemporary and sophisticated domestic scenario, where technology gives the new everyday living an experience value. A domestic dimension where technology, innovation, and ease of use offer different experiences to the users.

Visitors discovered BTicino smart products, effectively experiencing what it means to live in a smart home. Video entryphone, lights, sockets, automation, temperature, and security via App or voice, thanks to Amazon, Google, and Apple voice assistants. Furthermore, thanks to previously set entry/exit and night/day scenarios, visitors could experience how simple it is to make their home intelligent and functional, to associate several functions with each other or customize the system according to their needs. A simple, intuitive technology that allows the user to transform traditional arrangements into smart ones in a few simple steps, with no masonry work and without changing the usual installation habits.

The electrical systems were dressed in Art D’Arnould, a collection presented by BTicino with Legrand Group, and dedicated to sophisticated interior projects from a technological point of view and with a high level of aesthetic customization. Indeed, Art D’Arnould is made entirely by hand and compatible with all the traditional electrical and automation system functions. A distinctive line declined in four aesthetics, in which the design, material, finishes and details are customizable, thanks to a dedicated work team, which can respond to the expressive needs of each project, even those located in particular historical contexts.
