A new seat for SFA ITALIA in San Donato Milanese, Italy

14 April 2023

Modern, technological and with zero/sustainable impact

SFA ITALIA, the Italian branch of the French multinational Groupe SFA, a market leader in bathroom solutions for over 60 years with the SANITRIT and KINEDO brands, has recently moved its new Italian seats to San Donato Milanese. At the end of a renovation that lasted almost a year, the new headquarters of SFA Italia is now open, on 12,500 sqm built on three fundamental pillars: innovation, sustainability and the future. A project conceived from a smart, green, digital point of view combining work with well-being and future opportunities for meeting with Clients, Architects, Installers and Individuals.

A location that is featured by:

innovation, with over 800 square meters of open space offices, equipped with large shared spaces designed for professional functionality and for the well-being of employees and collaborators

technology, with approximately 1,000 square meters of physical showroom, digitally interconnected and equipped with a virtual room created to amaze visitors with special effects and virtual visits to the Group factories

4.0 logistics, with 8,000 pallet places able to guarantee an optimal level of customer service

The design attention for the construction of the new headquarters also operated with a view to energy rationalization and environmental impact. Indeed, from a green point of view, approximately 2,000 sqm of photovoltaic panels have been installed, and will have a positive impact equal to 2.9 million kg of CO2 not emitted in 25 years. Furthermore, thanks to the partnership established with Relco Illuminazione and Ekinex, the whole company is equipped with a modern home automation system capable of autonomously managing the different lighting scenarios in the showroom and in the work environments, the air conditioning, the lighting network of the logistics and all building security systems. But that is not all: the goal of the entire SFA Group is to minimize the use of plastic and in this regard innovative Grohe cold and hot water dispensers have been inserted in the offices.

It is an important investment for the SFA Group but one that projects us towards even more ambitious goals in Italy” declares Rino Ferreri CEO of SFA Italia and Format – “We have not created a “normal showroom” but a modern showcase in step with the most recent technologies where, within the same, we will also inaugurate the “SFA Academy” a fundamental tool for the continuous training of Workers, Installers and Technicians. In addition to that, the collaboration with RELCO and EKINEX will allow us to get closer and closer to the world of the Electric, a combination talked about more and more often in our sector. “
