“We have just completed a very successful fair and it marks a new beginning for Stockholm Furniture Fair, offering a more curated and energetic experience adapted for today’s needs. I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together, both as a team and with our exhibiting brands,” says the Director Hanna Nova Beatrice.
In a time marked by recession and financial difficulties after the pandemic, Stockholm Furniture Fair has implemented major conceptual and strategic changes, with the aim to reinvigorate the trade fair concept and offer a more cultural and sustainable approach. This also includes a new visual identity and a new Stockholm Design Week concept, as well as new platforms such as Älvsjö Gård and New Ventures, making the fair relevant for new brands and audiences. Hanna Nova Beatrice has decided to move on to a new position as Chief Brand Officer at Nordiska Galleriet Group on May 1.
“We now have the foundations for a new and updated fair format, and I am confident that my team will continue the dedicated work we have started together. I would like to say a big thank you to all the companies that have been with us and supported our vision up until now. This is just the beginning,” says Beatrice.
“We are already heads on working on the next edition, which will take place February 4-8 2025. We wish Hanna Nova Beatrice the best of luck when it’s time for her to move on,” says Chicie Lindgren, Business Area Manager for Stockholm Design Events.
Stockholm Furniture Fair will be held in existing premises in Älvsjö until 2029.
