At the Fuorisalone 2021 Vanitosa and Timida by Rossini Illuminazione and Inthegarden

Last September the design and the city of Milan have been protagonists of an exceptional restart thanks to Fuorisalone 2021 and Milan Design Week. In this context Rossini Illuminazione, in collaboration with INTHEGARDEN, unveils two new lamps born from this important partnership. In the name of innovation, creativity and design, the projects in recycled aluminum signed by INTHEGARDEN meet the wisdom of light by Rossini Illuminazione in a collaboration that has been able to create lighting solutions with spectacular effects and light reflections.

Craftsmanship, aesthetics and technology of Rossini Illuminazione blend with metal textures, minimal and elegant style but at the same time with a strong visual impact, aluminum SPLOT. Experimentation, research and innovation: these are the guidelines of INTHEGARDEN, which lead the company to study new solutions and materials, including SPLOT. A high-quality aluminum track recovered from industrial productions, SPLOT is a shiny and flexible metal plot, created thanks to the circular economy by INTHEGARDEN. Available in different colors and customizable in the plot, SPLOT becomes the elegant and original expression of creativity.

The location chosen for the staging is the magnificent Cloister of the church of San Marco, in via San Marco 2, one of the most important areas of Brera Design District, where the luminaires have been presented: Timida and Vanitosa. Products with sustainable design, made with recycled materials that through their simple essence express all their beauty.

LA TIMIDA (/TÌ-MI-DA /)

(Known and I am noticed by many, but I’m good at not showing it, I inhabit the earth in a delicate way,  I wait for the right eyes from which to make me look).

Timida is a reading lamp with a steel stem and base and SPLOT diffuser; it diffuses a soft and diffused light, pleasant for the sight and ideal for relaxing reading. Rigorous but at the same time dynamic, the Timida luminaire perfectly combines design and functionality becoming a perfect piece of furniture. The SPLOT lampshade is made of high quality recycled aluminum and is available in black and champagne finish.

VANITOSA  (/VA-NI-TÓ-SA /)

(Modesty is my form, refined my appearance, they are the solution to anxieties, worries, shyness, as is my self-confidence, so are my features).

With a refined and at the same time particular look, Vanitosa is perfect for spacious environments where additional lighting is needed to that provided by the ceiling lamp. Also suitable for living areas where you want to create a unique and special atmosphere to give prestige to the environments thanks to the two finishes Champagne and black.
